About Shea Peffly

Shea grew up in a structured military household as the daughter of a Marine, where discipline, hard work, and earning trust and respect weren't lessons, they were the standard.

Those values shaped her path, from senior operations and executive leadership roles into entrepreneurship.

With more than 26 years of entrepreneurial and executive leadership experience, Shea understands firsthand the challenges leaders face. She has sat in the Integrator's seat, led executive teams, navigated complexity, and driven results, and today she uses that experience to help other leaders build stronger businesses and healthier cultures.

Shea discovered EOS® in 2016 while serving as Integrator for her prior company, responsible for re-teaching and reinforcing the EOS tools and disciplines. Through that work, she experienced Vision, Traction, and Healthy in real time as the organization gained clarity, alignment, and momentum, creating a cohesive leadership team, a healthier culture, and measurable traction.

That experience is what called her to a larger scale. Having been both a client of an EOS Implementer and someone who implemented EOS herself, Shea left her executive roles to pursue EOS Implementation® and business consulting full time.

Today, Shea runs her own firm, drawing on real-world experience to help entrepreneurial leaders have the tough conversations, strengthen accountability, and optimize their businesses.
