Meet Shea Peffly
Founder, CEO, and Visionary

With over 26 years of entrepreneurial and executive leadership experience, Shea brings a boots-on-the-ground perspective to every leadership team she coaches. She grew up in a disciplined military household, where hard work, integrity, and follow-through weren't optional, they were the standard. That foundation shaped how she leads today.

After building and transforming her own company, Shea found her calling: helping leadership teams get real, gain traction, and align around a shared vision. As an EOS® Implementer, she guides teams through the hard conversations and practical systems that break down silos, build healthier cultures, and create the kind of alignment that lets a business actually execute, not just plan.
